If you like your arrangement, your next batch will ship to you automatically based on your preferred frequency. You can change your subscription, pause, or cancel any time in your Account page.

When will my subscription ship?
Orders placed before Monday at 5:00 p.m. will be roasted Tuesday and shipped out on Wednesday of the same week. Orders placed after Monday at 5:00 will be roasted and shipped the following week.
When will my subscription renew?
Your renewal date depends on your shipment frequency. If you chose weekly or bi-weekly shipments, your subscription will renew on the same day of the week. If you chose monthly shipments, your subscription will renew on the same date each month.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes! You can change your subscription, including updating your current offering selection, at any time in your Account page.
Can I cancel my subscription?
While you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date in your Account page, you can also put your subscription on hold temporarily and reactivate at a later date.
How do I receive my subscription discount?
Your subscription discount will be automatically applied at checkout as long as you chose the “Subscribe and save 10%” as your purchase option.
